Our Alpacas

In the early years, our alpacas were predominantly black, white, fawn, and brown. Our focus does not revolve around color; instead, we appreciate the diversity that each shade brings to our fields.

The endeavor to realize our vision of a grey herd took shape when we decided to utilize our grey male, Bronson, for breeding purposes. This decision led us to connect with Amberly Alpacas in Tyrone, renowned for their exquisite alpacas spanning a wide spectrum of hues. Our request was met with remarkable generosity as we were introduced to the stunning Akins Isla, for which we remain incredibly grateful. Isla possesses a gentle demeanor and a beautiful temperament.

From Isla, we were graced with two beautiful grey daughters: Harper, a Mid Rose Grey with a soft, warm hue, and Indigo, a striking Light Silver Grey that shimmers in the light. Both girls carry Isla's calm and peaceful nature, coupled with the friendly and sociable character inherited from their father, Bronson. Their personalities shine as brightly, making them a delightful addition to our lives. None of which would have been possible without Isla.

Expanding our alpaca family, we recently welcomed another grey female, an Appaloosa female, and delved into the realm of Suri alpacas with the help of Moonhall Alpacas in Kilkenny.

Each new addition to our herd brings with it a unique story and we hope you enjoy reading all about them. Under "Our Alpacas" tab you will see a section on Appaloosa and Suri.

Our passion for alpacas drives us to constantly learn, adapt, and nurture our herd with the love and attention they deserve.
